Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the minor. Minor victim is the step-daughter of the petitioner. Her statement implicates the petitioner in the crime.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
