Mr. Bhattacharjee, learned senior standing counsel submits that the petitioners have sought for a direction upon the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer to correct the record of rights in favour of the petitioners. He submits that in view of the alternative efficacious remedy available under the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal Act, 1997 the writ petition is not maintainable.

Since the petitioners are not represented, WPA 22441 of 2025 stands dismissed for default.
