Learned advocate appearing for respondent nos. 9 to 13 has drawn attention of this Court to a title suit (T.S. 513/2023) filed by petitioner no. 1 before the learned 2nd Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Uluberia.

It appears that the petitioners have also filed an application for injunction with the similar prayer as made in this writ petition in the abovementioned title suit. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

Needless to mention that the petitioners will be at liberty to pursue their remedy before the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Uluberia.

WPA 22315 of 2023 is dismissed.
