The petitioner and her minor daughter are sustaining on such maintenance amount.

Having regard to the same, the ld. Court, in seisin, of Misc. Execution Case No. 36 of 2022, should not unnecessarily allow the husband/o.p. to stretch the case. Mere cryptic payment will not serve the purpose of the act for which the provisions have been incorporated. Accordingly, I direct that in equal installments, whole of the arrear amount be cleared by six months. In no circumstances, the ld. Magistrate would allow the time to be stretched in this case.

With the above observations, CRR 3561 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
