This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of an inordinate delay of 858 days in preferring the application for review.

Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

It has been submitted by Mr. Chatterjee, on instructions, that the respondents have been duly served.

The Howrah Municipal Corporation and the private respondent no.7 are represented by the learned Advocates However, none appears for the respondent nos.1 to 5.

Let affidavit-in-opposition be filed within three weeks from date; reply thereto, if any, be filed within a week after reopening of this Court after Christmas Vacation.

Parties will be at liberty to mention for inclusion immediately after the period fixed for exchange of affidavits is over.
