1. The victim is represented.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

3. It appears that there is a family dispute. We have read the statement of the victim carefully and other documents available in the case diary.

4. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the nature and gravity of the offence as alleged and the involvement of the petitioner, moreover, the charge-sheet has already been submitted, we are of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not necessary.

5. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner namely, Krishna Moulik @ Moulick, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Signed By :

arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.

6. It is further directed that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranaghat, Nadia in connection with Serial No.1024 of 2024 within 10 days from date.

7. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.
