Contempt application is considered in presence of learned advocates representing the applicant and alleged contemnors.

Learned advocate representing alleged contemnors submits that order of this Court dated 1st July, 2025 is complied with thereby permitting the applicant to join the post of Assistant Teacher in Bengali in Metekona Moulana Abu Taher Senior Madrasah (Fazil), Birbhum (hereinafter referred to as "said Madrasah") on 2nd December, 2025. Copies of memo dated 19th November, 2015 issued by the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Birbhum, letter dated 20th November, 2025 issued by the Administrator of said Madrasah, letter of the applicant dated 2nd

December, 2025 which was submitted before the Administrator of said Madrasah at the time of joining and salary requisition statement of said Madrasah are filed today and same are taken on record.

In view of compliance of the order dated 1st July, 2025 contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.

However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to take steps in accordance with law if the applicant is aggrieved by the delay caused in permitting him to join the post of Assistant Teacher.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
