The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction upon the respondents, their agents and subordinates not to withhold further in granting of family pension in favour of the petitioner.

None appears on behalf of either of the parties. No accommodation is sought for.

This case is pending since 2009, almost 16 years have been elapsed.

Considering the nature of prayer and long pendency of this petition, it seems the petitioner's purpose of filing writ petition either solved or abandoned her prayer.

Consequently, the writ petition being WPA 17527 of 2009 is dismissed.

Application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. 7.

Interim order, if any shall be vacated.
