We have considered the materials on record. Victim had raped eight years old girl. Her version corroborated vulnerable witness is yet to be examined. Hence we are not inclined to grant bail. 3.

We request Trial Court to expedite the trial of the case by examining the victim at an early date following the mandate under Section 35(2) of the POCSO Act.
