The petitioner's husband expired on 1st October, 2011 and the petitioner submitted an application for appointment on compassionate ground on 17.01.2012. The writ application has been filed in the year 2022. The question of giving compassionate appointment is only meant for tying over the immediate financial crisis for bread and butter. Here the petitioner submits that her case was rejected in the year 2016 but even then I find that he filed an application before this court in the year 2022. Therefore, I find that there was no imminent financial crisis. I do not entertain this writ application and the same is dismissed.
