The present revisional application has been preferred against an order dated 25.07.2019 in G.R. Case No. 1156/2019, pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durgapur. By the said order, the learned Magistrate considered the prayer for bail of the accused persons who had surrendered before the Court praying for bail. Being aggrieved, the petitioner has preferred the present revision, praying for investigation by CID. The order under revision is an order granting bail, but there is no relief claimed against the said order.

The revision is accordingly disposed of being not maintainable. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
