Petitioner and the victim are presently married. Marriage took place subsequent to the victim becoming an adult.

No fruitful purpose would be sub-served by placing the petitioner in custody.

Although police filed charge-sheet. Charges are yet to be framed.

In such circumstances, possibility of the trial ending any time soon in bleak.

In such circumstances, we confirm the interim bail granted by order dated November 26, 2024 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench.
