1. The matter has come up at the instance of the petitioner for correcting the inadvertent error crept in the order dated April 02, 2026. It is submitted that in recording the appearance of the learned advocates of the parties, the name of Mr. Santanu Sett, the learned advocate, was inadvertently mentioned as representing both the petitioner and the opposite party when his name is to be deleted as representing the petitioner as he appeared on behalf of the opposite party in this case.

2. Let the said correction be carried out by the concerned department.

3. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

4. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
