Pursuant to the order dated 8th May 2025, Mr. Nayak representing the Cooperative Election Commission has filed a report in the form of an affidavit. The same is retained with the record.

By placing the aforesaid report, he submits that the election of the respondent no.5 has already been conducted in a peaceful manner. The Board of directors have been elected.

Having regard to the submissions made above and since the election has already been conducted in a peaceful manner, I am of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping the writ petition pending.

The writ petition along with the connected application thus, accordingly stands disposed of. 5.

All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from this Court's official website.
