By this writ petition, the petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of its appeal pending before the appellate authority under the Central Goods of Service Tax Act, 2017.

Considering the submissions of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 22698 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the appellate authority concerned to consider and dispose of the pending appeal in question expeditiously and preferably within three months from the date of communication of this order. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
