Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to replace the name of the present incumbent in place of the erstwhile alleged contemnor and necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the application. Mr. Gourav Das, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the alleged contemnor and submits that the Commissioner of School Education in compliance of the order of this Court Vide Memo bearing no. 777-SED/DSE-12/8/2024DP SEC-DSE dated July 5, 2024 had requested the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission to issue recommendation for transfer of the petitioner to Sree Sarada

Ramkrishna Balika Vidyapith, District 24Parganas (South) but in reply, the Secretary-inCharge of the Commissioner has requested the Commissioner of School Education to reconsider the matter as the selection process in which the petitioner was selected as teacher is sub judice before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Mr. Das files photo copy of the said Memo dated July 5, 2024 and the communication of the Secretary of the Commission Dated July 20, 2024, let those documents be kept with the record.

The petitioner to take steps in the meantime.
