Mrs. Faria Hossain, representing the State submits that a report from the Officer-in-Charge of Uttarpara Police Station, Hooghly. Let the same be kept with the record. It has been submitted that charge sheet has been filed and the next date for appearance has been fixed on 5th April, 2022 before the trial Court.

In that view of the aforesaid, this criminal revisional application being CRR 2922 of 2015 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
