The victim is not represented despite service. The petitioner seeks waiver of the bail conditions imposed upon him directing him not to enter the jurisdiction of Purba Medinipur except for the purpose of attending the court proceedings and to meet the Officer in Charge of Chandipur police station once in a fortnight. This Court is informed that the petitioner has been complying with the said conditions. Nothing adverse has been reported against him.

In view of the above, the bail conditions imposed upon him directing him not to enter the jurisdiction of Purba Medinipur except for the purpose of attending the court proceedings and to meet the Officer in Charge of Chandipur police station once in a fortnight are waived. However, the other bail conditions shall continue. Accordingly, CRAN No. 1 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
