Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been interference at the behest of the private respondent and as such the petitioner is unable to carry out cultivation in respect of the property belonging to him.

Learned advocate for the State submits that a case has been instituted by the petitioner before the learned ACJM, Bishnupur being Case No.

143C/2025 pursuant to the directions passed and an enquiry is being conducted by the concerned police authorities. Earlier police authorities drew up proceedings under section 126(3) BNSS. Since the criminal court is in seisin of the matter and the subject matter relates to property, police authorities would oversee that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident

resulting from the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents. With the aforesaid observations WPA 22649 of 2025 is disposed of.
