1. It appears from record that the appellant was not represented before the earlier Bench on several occasions. The appellant has also not appeared on few occasions before this Bench.

2. In view of the above facts, it seems that the appellant is no more interested to proceed with the instant appeal.

3. Accordingly, the instant matter shall stand dismissed. Consequently, all connected pending applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed.

4. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
