By filing this public interest litigation the petitioners are questioning a resolution passed by a private society, which appears to be certified by the Khadi and Village Industries Commission. The resolution was dated 18th August, 2015 concerning the immovable property. The writ petition has been filed in the year 2018. We find that the prayer sought for in the writ petition is to rescind, recall and/or revoke the impugned resolution dated 18th August, 2015 at the behest of the writ petitioners, who are third parties to the society, cannot be entertained, more particularly when the society is a private entity. If at all the petitioners are aggrieved, they may work out their remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is dismissed.
