The advocate on record for the petitioner places a notice dated December 7, 2023, served upon Ms. Sangita Roy, learned advocate for the State, the same is taken on record. Despite this notice none appears for the State.

Sk. Sahjahan Ali, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, there is a typographical mistake in the order dated November 20, 2023 which is corrected hereinafter.

In the third line of the third paragraph of the order dated November 20, 2023 the joining year of the petitioner should be read and corrected as 2007 instead of 2009 as would be evident from pages 19 and 20 to the writ petition.

None appears for the respondents.

This correction shall be incorporated and read into the order dated November 20, 2023.

The rest of the order shall remain unaltered and without any modification.
