It appears from the records that the complaint has been lodged by one Prabhat Manna. Apart from the fact that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent is purely civil in nature, this Court sees absolutely no cognizable offence having been made out in the complaint. However, the Gariahat Police Station shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
