This writ petition is directed against a notice issued by the Estate Officer of the respondents under Sections 4 and 7 of The Public premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupation) Act, 1971.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that during the pendency of this writ petition a final order of eviction has been passed by the respondents on November 29, 2012 and no useful purpose would be served in keeping this writ petition alive.

In view of the above, this writ petition being WPA No. 19274 of 2011 stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
