Presently, I find that there is no

further dispute pursuant to the order passed by this Court.

In case, any crisis arises, the Inspector-in-charge/Officer-in-charge of the local police station should be informed by the petitioner.

Accordingly, as directed by this Court, the police authorities will act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22339 of 2023 along with CAN 1 of 2024 & CAN 2 of 2024 is disposed of.
