Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. Petitioner has informed the Commissioner of Police, Howrah Police Commissionerate regarding a padlock being affixed at the tenanted premises of the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent no.6 submits that there are two padlocks, one at the entrance of the property of the petitioner and another at the property of the private respondents.

State has submitted a report.

Having considered that primary grievance of the petitioner is against the Officer-in-Charge, Jagdishpur T.O.P. which is under Liluah Police Station and to that effect, a representation was made to the Commissioner of Police, Howrah City Police, the said representation be considered by the

Commissioner of Police, Howrah Police Commissionerate and outcome of the same be informed to the petitioner within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 23375 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
