The matter is listed today as the parties have amicably settled the dispute out of Court. The terms of settlement entered into by and between the parties is filed duly signed by the parties as well as their respective Advocates.
After perusal of the terms as agreed upon, we do not find that any of the terms is in violation of law and, therefore, treat such terms of settlement as lawful. Since the parties have already settled the dispute, there remains nothing in the proceeding to be decided. In view of the terms of settlement, the instant appeal is disposed of.
Let the copy of the original terms of settlement filed today be kept with the record.
In view of the disposal of the appeal, there nothing remains in the suit and, therefore, the same is accordingly disposed of.
