The petitioner complains that the private respondents are violating an order of injunction passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Berhampore in O.S. 125/2022.

The petitioner may obtain appropriate directions from the Civil Court on the police to enforce any subsisting order of injunction.

Learned counsel for the State has produced a report in the form of instructions issued by the Inspector-in-Charge, Beldanga Police Station addressed to the learned State Advocate and the same is taken on record.

It appears that on the petitioner's complaint FIR was registered and charge sheet No.144/2020 dated 20th April, 2020 has been filed under sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 34 of the IPC.

This Court finds no inaction on the part of the Police. Beldanga Police shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
