1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The earlier petition for anticipatory bail was rejected on merit. The present petition filed on the ground that in the meantime one co-accused person has been granted anticipatory bail.

3. Such development does not constitute supervening circumstance. Regard being had to the facts and submissions, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
