Mondal ... for the State-respondent(s) G.S.Das Re The petitioner complained to the Officer-in-charge of Muchipara Police Station for removal of the immigrants from the premises and for maintaining law and order by preventing illegal and/or unlawful activities of the private respondents.

The petitioner claims himself to be the landlord and submits that the private respondents are the tenants who are residing without paying any rent and creating unnecessary disturbances.

Learned advocate for the private respondents refutes the contentions and submits that a civil suit was preferred by the petitioner which was subsequently dismissed.

Additionally, it has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the private respondents are also threatening to murder him and also for withdrawal of the said civil suit.

The representation was made on 12.06.2023 with the police authorities and there are subsequent documents reflecting no further untoward incidents at the behest of the private respondents.

If the petitioner faces any further inconveniences, he would submit a fresh representation with the Officer-in-charge of Muchipara Police Station who would oversee that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place as also no untoward incident results because of the

inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22346 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
