The petitioners are aggrieved by the investigation into Kalna P. S. Case no. 734 of 2022 dated 18th August, 2022 under Sections 420/467/468/506/34 of the IPC.

Counsel for the State submits that the investigation is on. There are civil suits also pending between the parties.

The parties may seek appropriate civil remedies and relief in the said pending civil suits or any other proceedings that they may take out in accordance with law.

It is ordered that the investigation into the subject FIR be completed within a period of two months from date and a final report be submitted to the jurisdictional magistrate.

The O. C., Kalna Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area and strict

enforce any order that may be passed by any civil court on the parties.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
