Counsel for the private respondents dispute the title of the petitioners. It is submitted that the petitioners' suit being TS No.76 of 2016 in this regard has been dismissed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Rampurhat, Birbhum.

In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the petitioners.

The parties may, however, pursue any other remedies available to them in law.

The Police shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
