The same is incorrect. It should be read as follows:

"Having considered that the original case is disposed of and the execution case is pending for a considerable period of time, I direct the ADG, CID, West Bengal to depute a proper officer who can communicate with the Ministry of External

Affairs for the appearance of respondent no.15 before the jurisdictional court."

This order be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 25.09.2025.

Department is directed to incorporate the necessary corrections in the order dated 25.09.2025.
