The petitioner complains of illegal and unauthorized construction at the behest of the private respondent.

On a perusal of the documents annexed to the writ petition it appears that formal complaint highlighting the illegalities in construction is yet to be lodged before the respondent authorities.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority with his prayer.

In the event objection is lodged before the competent authority, the same shall be considered in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
