Mr. Ramchandra Guchchait................for the petitioners Order no. 39 dated 2nd August, 2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Uluberia, District-Howrah in Title Suit No. 188 of 2014 is under challenge in this revisional application at the instance of the petitioners.

In course of hearing of this revisional application, the learned advocate for the petitioners submits that a direction for expeditious hearing of the suit may be passed.

In view thereof, C.O. 3274 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Uluberia, District-Howrah to dispose of the suit expeditiously as possible but preferably on or before April, 2024 without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties expeditiously upon usual formalities.
