1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner alleges that his representation addressed to the Chief of Naval Staff has not been considered till date.

3. Without going into the merits of the allegation of the petitioner, as it appears that the representation filed by the petitioner is pending consideration, accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chief of Naval Staff being the respondent no. 2 herein to consider and dispose of the petitioner's complaint which was received by the office on 30th May, 2025 in accordance with law after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties.

4. Steps shall be taken in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the parties immediately thereafter.

6. If the allegation made by the petitioner is found to be proper, then necessary consequential remedial steps shall be taken by the authority.

7. Learned advocate on record of the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation annexed at Page-36 of the writ petition along with all other supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

8. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
