It has been submitted that the matter relates to entry tax and the appropriate forum for adjudication of the issue involved in the writ petition is West Bengal Taxation Tribunal.

Accordingly, department is directed to transmit the records of this case to the West Bengal Taxation Tribunal within four weeks.

The writ petition being WPA 21263 of 2016 is disposed of.
