In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the bail was granted on 08.10.2024 and in respect of a similarly placed accused the condition has also been waived. Having considered that there is no adverse report from the State, the condition so imposed while granting bail on 08.10.2024 is hereby waived.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is allowed.
