Ms. Sharma, Learned advocate appearing for the State, has submitted a report prepared by the Inspector-in-charge, Bagnan Police Station. Report so submitted by the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record. Report reflects that evidence has already commenced and the next date has been fixed on 17th February, 2022. The revisional application was preferred at a stage when the charge-sheet was filed by the investigating agency. Having regard to the change of circumstances which has taken place during the pendency of the revisional application, I am of the view that no interference can be made at this stage. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to agitate the points canvassed in the revisional application at the stage of arguments of the case.
With the aforesaid observation, CRR 3004 of 2012 is disposed of.
Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
