The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceeding being C-3922 of 2012 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 3rd Court, Calcutta.

Records of the revisional application reflect that time was sought for on 21.11.2012 for enabling the parties to arrive at a compromise, but no application was furnished before this Court. Having regard to the fact that more than eight years have passed since then, I am of the view that no interference is called for. Accordingly, CRR 3006 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
