The revisional application relates to a proceeding under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure being P.R. Case No.18 of pending before the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, South 24 Parganas.

Having regard to the time period which are involved in such cases and the fact that the petitioner approached this Court in the year 2012 and the revisional application is yet to be admitted, there is no scope for interference at this belated stage. Accordingly, CRR 3008 of 2012 is dismissed.
