Learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities. Police authorities on an assessment of the information so received already registered Tarakeswar P.S. NCR No.1499 of 2025 under Sections 126/135(3) of the BNSS.

Having considered that the police authorities are well aware regarding the nature of the dispute existing, police authorities are directed to ensure that no further untoward incident results and every step must be taken for ensuring peace and tranquility. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22921 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
