Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioners be kept with the record.

Petitioners are apprehensive that they may be dispossessed from the property. To that effect, they have informed the concerned authorities including taking out appropriate application before the learned Executive Magistrate. However, till date no steps have been taken and the petitioners have been facing the inconveniences as they were facing earlier.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that steps have been taken by the police authorities as and when the information has been received. Lastly, police authorities on or about 22.09.2025 have been drawn up proceedings under Sections 126/135(3) of the BNSS.

Since the aforesaid proceedings have been drawn up, police authorities would keep a strict vigil

and ensure that no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioners and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22940 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
