1. Court is informed that the private opposite party complied with the order dated March 4, 2025.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the amount deposited with the Jurisdictional Court.

3. In the event an application for withdrawal is made, the Jurisdictional Court would no doubt consider the same in accordance with law without being influenced by any of the observations made by us.

4. We find no reason to interfere with the order granting bail to the private opposite party.
