The writ petition was dismissed for default by an order passed on 5th February, 2024. The petitioners filed an application for restoration of the writ petition being CAN 1 of 2024 which was also dismissed for default by an order passed on February 28, 2024 due to nonappearance of the petitioners. The present application has been filed for restoration of the earlier application as well as the writ petition. It is most unfortunate to note that even today the petitioners have not cared to appear before the Court despite calls.

The application being CAN 2 of 2024 is dismissed for default.
