Petitioners claim to be lawful owner who are being prevented from entering their property.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that an existing land dispute is subsisting between the petitioner and the private respondent. Consequently proceedings have been drawn up under Section 126 of BNSS.

In view of the agony and anxiety expressed by the petitioner, I direct that the police authorities would oversee that there is breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident taking place. because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 22757 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
