Petitioner complains that he is apprehensive regarding the overtacts of the private respondents which is being aided by a Sub-Inspector of Police of the local police station. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner feels insecured because of the act and action of the private respondents as well as the local police station. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that a land dispute is existing and to that effect, on receipt of representation, a proceeding has been drawn up under Sections 126/135(3) of the BNSS. In view of the police authorities having drawn up the aforesaid proceedings, I direct the police authorities to impose stringent conditions in case

there are violation of law and order at the behest of any of the parties. It is further directed that in case the involvement of any police officer in respect of such land dispute is found, petitioner will complain to the Superintendent of Police of the concerned district. The Superintendent of Police will conduct an enquiry, assess and ascertain regarding the genuinity of the allegations and thereafter pass necessary directions, informing the outcome to the present petitioner. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22938 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
