No. 29 KAUSHIK REJECTED C.R.M.(A) 4792 of 2022 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Patiram Police Station Case No. 109 of 2022 dated 06.06.2022 under Sections 341/325/326/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

And In Re : Iliyas Mondal @ Iliyaj Mondal ...... petitioner Mr. Sabyasachi Hazra ....for the petitioner Ms. Zareen N. Khan Mr. Arup Sarkar ....for the State Three persons were injured in the incident. One of the injury reports suggest that the injured suffered grievous hurt. The petitioner, apparently, is identified as one of the principal accused involved in the incident, by the victims. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4792 of 2022 is dismissed.
