Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the incident arose out of family disputes. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report suffered by the victim and to the statement of such victim.

The injured suffered grievous hurt. The injured implicates both the petitioners in the incident. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring for the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4788 of 2022 is dismissed.
