Petitioners complain that the private respondents are trying to encroach the property of the petitioners. The Petitioners property is situated within the jurisdiction of Salboni Police Station. Petitioners have made representation to Kharagpur (Local) Police Station.

Learned advocate for the State points out the aforesaid irregularity.

In view of the same, petitioners will file representation to the jurisdictional police station, jurisdictional police station would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22935 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
